China Lantern International, LLC DBA Zigong Lantern Group, Cancellation No. 92078432 [Petition for cancellation of a registration for the mark ZIGONG LANTERN GROUP for, inter alia, "Entertainment services in the nature of production of lantern shows," on the grounds of nonownership, likelihood of confusion with petitioner's identical mark for the same services, false suggestion of a connection under Section 2(a), misrepresentation of source under Section 14(3), and geographical descriptiveness under Section 2(e)(2) or geographically deceptive misdescriptiveness under Section 2(e)(3).]
