The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (Tee-Tee-Ā-Bee) has scheduled five oral hearings for the month of April 2024. The hearings will be held virtually except for the third one, which will take place at Bethesda North Marriott and Conference Center in Rockville, Maryland. April 24, 2024 - 1 PM: In re Flor Rios, Serial No. 97307753 [Refusal to register the proposed mark LEARNNAHUATL for "On-line retail store services featuring animal totems" and for "Education services, namely, mentoring in the field of mesoamerican history; Language instruction," on the grounds of mere descriptiveness and failure-to-function as a trademark.]
