Totally appropriate recognition for a resource trademark practitioners have relied upon for nearly 20 years. The TTABlog was absolutely indispensable to me during my years managing the US trademark prosecution practice at an IP boutique firm. My trove of saved posts filed in topic folders was my go-to for office action response research. Thank you, John, for your energetic devotion to our specialty and informing and educating your colleagues.

Absolutely deserved. As a trademark practitioner at a small firm, this blog has been such an important support piece for me. Keeping up with the TTAB new rulings, but also helping with research. It's been invaluable for me. Congratulations!

Congratulations. And many thanks for all you do for the trademark bar. I echo the sentiments of the previous posters: TTABlog has been indispensable for my IP boutique firm; it is a valued service for our legal community; and this award is well deserved.

I concur with all of the above comments - congratulations and well-deserved. I can’t remember when I first started reading the TTABlog, but I have not stopped reading it everyday since and I feel like I should claim CLE credit for that. I tell all our new TM associates to get in the habit of reading the TTABlog every day.

John, I'm very glad I was able to offer congratulations in person last week on your winning the INTA President's Award for 2023. But I would like to add a few thoughts and join the string of well-wishers who have posted comments to the TTABlog.

As many have already noted, you have made TTABlog an indispensable resource for practitioners nationally and internationally. That you provide this service on a complimentary basis to your readers is highly commendable on its own. In addition, the President's Award is a well-merited recognition of your decades of service and valuable contributions to the Association's success. It has been my personal privilege to count you among my friends and colleagues, and to witness your Association career unfold and grow. I wish you all the best for the future.
