TTABlog Test: How Did These Three Appeals from Section 2(d) Refusals Turn Out?

By my count, the TTAB has affirmed about 84% of the Section 2(d) refusals it has reviewed on appeal this year. How do you think these latest three appeals came out? Results will be found in the first comment.

Seton Hall Prep should appeal. No one in NJ would get these confused and the channel of trade and customer elsewhere is completely different.

And do you think that Seton Hall Univ. would not oppose if it was ever approved? I would first ask for consent, which would no doubt be refused.

I thought Seton Hall Prep was a WYHA.
