At Tuesday's "Trademark Office Comes to California" session, Judge Susan Hightower provided the attendees with the latest edition of "Advanced Practice Tips from the TTAB," authored by Judge Hightower and newly-appointed Judge and former Interlocutory Attorney, Christen English. Thank you. Also thanks to Judge Hightower (who joined us at TMOC in San Francisco) and to newly appointed Judge English. As chair of TMOC I also extend thanks to Judge Rogers for all of his help and Judge Larkin who spoke in both San Francisco and LA and Judge Ritchie who spoke in LA. The TMOC committee thanks John for batting clean up in both San Francisco and LA. We also had Commissioner Denison, Deputy Commissioner Marsh and two members or the examining corp who presented a tips and tricks primer for prosecution. If you missed TMOC this year, I highly recommend you watch the video when it becomes available.
