Not So Fast On MARATHON MONDAY: The BAA, the TTAB, and Lanham Act Section 2(a)

Today is Marathon Monday, at least in New England. Remember the recent TTAB case involving the mark MARATHON MONDAY? Here is a link to a recent article about that case, by J.C.
