You will want to get your mitts on the new ABA book, A Legal Strategist's Guide to TRADEMARK TRIAL AND APPEAL BOARD PRACTICE, edited by Jonathan Hudis. Ordered a copy and have been flipping through it. Overall a very nice reference that will no doubt enjoy "top of the heap" status on my desk.
I think there could have been a better explanation of the cancellation grounds though - perhaps a table based on whether the mark is incontestable or not.
